Combined Shipping Policy:
- We combine shipping for items paid with the same payment. You must send only one combined payment for multiple items, or we can not offer combined shipping!
- Some items may require a custom sized box, so we can not guarantee to offer combined shipping on all items.
- We will run a tab for up to 7 days for multiple purchases.
- Items that are paid for separately will be shipped separately, at additional cost to the buyer.

Customers Outside The United States:
- We ship our products anywhere in the world.
- We will offer USPS First Class International shipping rates, unless your order is over the weight and/or size limit for this class. Then USPS Priority or Express Mail rates will apply.

- We do not falsify customs documents in any manner whatsoever. Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. - Warranty repair for locomotives is the responsibility of the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty issues.
- Any returns must be authorized in advance.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Items that are shipped with shrink wrap or otherwise sealed must be in original sealed condition to be returnable.
- We offer a merchandise credit for the original purchase amount, and a 15% restocking charge will apply to cash refunds.
