Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Payment Methods: We accept any form of payment via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase our items. PayPal invoices can be paid with any major credit or debit card.
Our Shipping Prices & Policy, Continental USA: Most of our domestic orders will be shipped within one business day or less, via USPS Priority Mail. Large items, which include orders over 5 pounds in shipping weight will be shipped via UPS Ground to any locations with a street address within the 48 contiguous United States, or USPS Parcel Post for other U.S. Destinations.
Order Shipping To Canada: Orders to Canada will be shipped via USPS First Class International, unless a package is over the weight and size limits for this class. Then USPS Priority Mail International rates will apply. Please note that shipments to Canada do not qualify for free shipping, regardless of the amount of purchase. We do not falsify customs documents, this includes marking an item as a gift to avoid taxes or duty charges.
