INTERNET RAILROAD offers the following Returns Policy:

Any item may be returned if you contact us within 24 hours of purchase at the buyers expense. You must have an RMA number on your returned package. Any warranty issues beyond that point are the responsibility of the manufacturer. We will gladly offer any possible assistance in contacting the manufacturer for warranty repairs or replacement. If your item is defective upon receipt, let us know within 24 hours, and we will cover return shipping.

Shipping Wrong Product:

We do not make many mistakes in shipping orders, but if we ship you the incorrect item, let us know. We will allow you to keep the item we sent, and ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Complete Train Sets:

We will only allow returns for complete train sets if we are notified of a defect within 24 hours of receipt. There have been instances where customers use a set during the holidays, then return it for credit.
